Who is eligible for the UD Sibling Grant?
This grant is given to students who have at least one other sibling attending UDallas
as a full-time, undergraduate student during the same semester that the UD student
is starting attendance. The FAFSA is not required for eligibility.
If I already attend UDallas and my young sibling begins college at UDallas, will we
both get the grant?
Yes. Both students will be eligible to receive the grant.
Does my sibling need to be a full-time student for me to be eligible to receive this
grant?
Yes. Your sibling will need to be a full-time, undergraduate student at UDallas.
Is the FAFSA required for eligibility?
No. Students are not required to submit the FAFSA in order to receive this award.
NOTE: The UD Sibling Grant is a tuition-only grant; it may not be used for room and board or fees. In addition, this grant could impact a student's need-based aid. Finally, this grant cannot be added to a full-tuition scholarship. If you have specific questions, please contact your financial aid or admission counselor.
